An appointment is required to shop the sale, appointments start at 10am both days, are one hour long, and you’re welcome to bring up to four guests with you to help you pick THE gown! Appointment times are booked first come first serve. There are no holds on gowns and payment is due in full at time of purchase since you will get to take your dream gown home with you same-day! Sample Sale appointments are available 10am-4pm Saturday 2/28 – Sunday 3/1 ONLY. Sale pricing is valid during the sample sale ONLY. Because spaces are limited, all appointments require a valid credit card on file and are subject to the Bridals by Madison cancellation policy.

*Bridal sizing typically runs about one to two sizes smaller than standard women’s US street sizing. For example, if you wear a street size 8, you will likely wear a bridal 10/12, however sizing is largely dependent on how the bride is proportioned. Gowns can be taken in to be made several sizes smaller in alterations, but cannot be let out to be made any larger. Bridal sizing, name of the gown, any visible damages, and gown colorway are captioned on the first photo of each gown.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without cancellation, will be subject to a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. We only accept one bride per appointment time. For each appointment scheduled, we reserve the boutique and up to two hours of our time to provide the best possible experience for each bride and her group. We ask that you please give us, at minimum, 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to scheduled appointment time. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. All appointments missed without cancellation will be subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee, no exceptions will be made. As we run on a by-appointment-basis,  we also ask that brides honor their scheduled appointment times,  we may not be able to accommodate brides running extremely early or late to their appointment. We appreciate your support and understanding.
