Appointment Requests

All bridal shopping, both weekday and weekend, require an appointment and a credit card on file.

We ask that brides schedule their own appointments.

Appointments are offered on the hour between 10am-4pm Tuesday-Sunday, CLOSED Mondays

Earlier or later appointments may be available upon request.

New Bridal/ Preview Appointments: Please preview our Instagram or Facebook, @bridalsbymadison, prior to requesting a New Bridal or Preview Appointment to ensure our shop's style aligns with what you envision for your wedding as we are a specialty boutique with with a focus on floral lace, whimsical romance, and on-trend designs.

Please carefully read the cancellation policy located at the bottom of the page then check the box signifying you have read and understand the appointment cancellation policy.(required)

CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without cancellation, will be subject to a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. We only accept one bride per appointment time. For each appointment scheduled, we reserve the boutique and up to two hours of our time to provide the best possible experience for each bride and her group. We ask that you please give us, at minimum, 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to scheduled appointment time. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. All appointments missed without cancellation will be subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee, no exceptions will be made. As we run on a by-appointment-basis,  we also ask that brides honor their scheduled appointment times,  we may not be able to accommodate brides running extremely early or late to their appointment. We appreciate your support and understanding.
