What does off the rack mean? Off the rack gowns are the perfect solution for brides on a tight timeline (less than 7 months until their wedding date) or budget savvy brides! Store samples are the same beautiful designer quality as those ordered for brides, but are used in shop to try on. As gowns are discontinued and new designs are released, it is time to make room for upcoming seasons within the collection! Off the rack gowns are sold in “as is” condition and is reflected in pricing. Though we always strive to keep our store samples pristine, being tried on in shop they are subject to some signs of wear, most of which can be easily rectified with spot cleaning or in alterations depending on the case. Purchasing a sample off the rack gives brides the perfect opportunity to take their dream gown home the SAME DAY and at the absolute BEST value!

About the appointment: An appointment is required to shop off the rack gowns. Appointments are scheduled in two hour increments so no one feels rushed, the bride may try on as many off the rack gowns as she’d like during her appointment time, she is not limited to only the gowns she listed on her appointment request form, and may bring up to eight of her most special friends and family to help her find THE dress. Since gowns available for purchase off the rack are limited to the gowns listed below, brides and their groups will not have the opportunity to pull for themselves once in shop, so it is extremely important to list the gowns the bride is interested in trying on in the appropriate field on the appointment request form. Once in shop, based on what the bride is liking, size available, and price point, I may be able to pull additional options, but a starting point is necessary since not every gown in shop is available for purchase off the rack. If a gown is not shown below it is either not available for purchase off the rack or has already been sold off the rack. To ensure you don’t miss out on your dream gown, it is best to come with your “I do crew” and prepared payment so you are ready to say “yes to the dress” since there is only one of each gown, there are no holds on gowns, and payment is due in full at time of purchase, as you get to take your gown home with you that day. Please note, bridal typically runs 1-2 smaller than streetwear. Example: If you wear a street 4/6 you will likely wear an 8/10 in bridal. Gowns can typically be taken in (made smaller) at least two sizes (sometimes more), but cannot be let out (made larger).

CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or missed without cancellation, will be subject to a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee. ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE. We only accept one bride per appointment time. For each appointment scheduled, we reserve the boutique and two hours of our time to provide the best possible experience for each bride and her group. We ask that you please give us, at minimum, 24 hours notice of cancellation prior to scheduled appointment time. All appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee. All appointments missed without cancellation will be subject to a non-refundable $50 cancellation fee, no exceptions will be made. As we run on a by-appointment-basis,  we also ask that brides honor their scheduled appointment times,  we may not be able to accommodate brides running extremely early or late to their appointment.
