Q: Are appointments Mandatory?

A: Yes, we are only in shop by appointment and it is the most fair system to provide each bride with our undivided attention.

Q:What is the average price range of the gowns?

A: Most gowns are between $1800-$2500 with some over and under.

Q: What is the largest sample size you carry? 

A: We carry gowns from size 4 to 16.

Q: Is there a guest limit or age restriction for guests?

A: In order to best serve our brides and preserve our intimate boutique atmosphere, there is a 6 person guest limit per bride and we ask that guests do not bring infants, toddlers, or small children.

Q: Do you sell bridesmaids/ flower girl dresses?

A: At this juncture we carry a curated collection of bridal gowns and accessories only, no bridesmaids, flower girl, or tuxes.

Q: Do I have to have a credit  card on file to book an appointment?

A: Yes, a valid credit card must be on file to book an appointment.

Q: What is average turnaround time?

Gowns take 6-8 months to arrive in shop and seamstresses request two months to work on the gown. Therefore, a bride must have at least 10+ months until her wedding date to be able to shop new order gowns with us. Select gowns may be orderable with 9 months left until the wedding, but they will require a $300 rush fee imposed by the designer. Select store sample gowns are available for purchase off the rack for brides on a tight timeline.

Q: What if I change my mind?

Because gowns are cut to order for each bride through our boutique designers, gowns are always final sale. This is why we reserve two hours of time and the entire shop for each bride, so she can have the time and privacy she needs to make her decision without feeling rushed or pressured. Additionally, since all sales are final and we are unable to issue refunds, if the bride needs additional time, she can always make a comeback appointment to try the gown(s) on again to be sure in her choice. We want every bride to get married in the gown of their dreams.
