We are open by appointment only. If you’d like to book an appointment with us, please fill out the questionnaire below! Appointment times are as follows:Sunday-Wednesday we offer a 10am, 12pm, & 2pm appointment, CLOSED Thursday, Friday & Saturday 10am, 12pm, 2pm, & 4pm. New order gowns start at $1200 and range to approximately $3000. All store samples are available for purchase off the rack. Discontinued sample gowns are available at a discounted rate.
CANCELLATION POLICY EFFECTIVE 1/1/2020: ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO HOLD YOUR SPOT. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR THE APPOINTMENT. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR CANCELLATION. YOU WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IN THE EVENT OF A ‘NO CALL, NO SHOW’ FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. REMEMBERING APPOINTMENT TIMES AND SCHEDULING CONFLICTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON REQUESTING THE APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT CALL, TEXT, OR EMAIL TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A NON-REFUNDABLE $150 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
